Refund policy

Change of Mind? Easy and free of charge return within 14 days from the shipping confirmation date.

AIRE reserves the right to refuse returns outside this deadline, or if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent to you or if they do not comply with our return conditions, i.e. the item must be in original and perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inside and outside labels still attached and without alteration/damage). All returns must include the order receipt/invoice. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.

Note: Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking or money movement.

Exchanges Kindly contact helloteamaire@gmail.com if you wish for an exchange, we will process your request subject to the availability of the requested item. 

Sale Items Purchase on sale items is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Order Errors Wrong item received? We'll replace it or give you a refund. Contact us for help.

Pricing Errors We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by pricing errors, system malfunctions, or other technical issues. Notification and refund will be processed within 7 business days.
